At Dumleather, we are committed to providing a seamless shipping experience from our warehouse in Vietnam. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs: Standard (complimentary) and Expedited (for a fee).

For Standard shipping, customers in the continental United States can expect delivery in 7-10 days, while orders to other countries typically arrive within 10-15 days. For faster delivery, our Expedited option ensures your package arrives within 3-7 business days.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an immediate confirmation email with all the essential details, including your order number, a summary of your items, the total cost, and your shipping address. A second email with a tracking link will be sent as soon as your order ships, allowing you to monitor its journey.

We partner with trusted international carriers like DHL Express, USPS, FedEx, and Singapore Post for all shipments from Vietnam. While we strive for swift delivery, please be aware that any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Should an order be returned due to refusal of these charges, any additional return shipping fees will also be the customer's responsibility.

In the rare event of a shipping issue caused by an incorrect address provided by Dumleather, we will resolve it promptly by either issuing a new order or providing a full refund.
