Modify/Cancel

DumLeather accepts requests to modify or cancel orders with the following conditions:

• Modified policy: You may request to amend your order within 36 hours of placing your order. This includes correcting errors or replacing parameters.

• Cancellation policy: You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of placing the order for satisfactory reasons (e.g. force majeure, special circumstances).

If the product has been produced but has not yet been shipped and you still want to cancel the order, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. This fee does not apply to customized, bespoke or personalized product orders.
